CAA and TPG launch $250M Compound Creative Holdings to roll up creator businesses
The holding company - led by CAA Evolution’s Tucker Brown with TPG’s Integrated Media Company - will acquire and invest in creator-led businesses already generating tens of millions in revenue, across YouTube, TikTok, Spotify and Substack. Goldman Sachs sizes the creator economy at ~$480B by 2027, up from $250B in 2023.

ESPN in talks to double Pat McAfee’s deal to $60M+ per year
The extension under discussion would roughly double McAfee’s ~$30M/year arrangement while preserving the landmark structure: ESPN licenses the show while McAfee retains ownership, staff and production control. McAffee also retains distribution rights of his show on Youtube.
